Purpose
The Worship and Caring Ministry is responsible for facilitating, coordinating and managing the Church’s worship ministry, including sacraments, services, music and traditions. The Ministry is also responsible for facilitating the congregational care ministry to its members.
Principal Responsibilities
The Worship and Caring Ministry will oversee and support the spiritual life of the church by:
o Supporting the Church’s spiritual life through the design, coordination, management and evaluation of all worship services.
o Educating the congregation about theology of worship and seeking God’s direction in evaluating and forming worship order and content.
o Inviting and equipping members to lead worship through witness, music and prayer.
o Organizing the Church’s ministry of congregational care
o Inviting and equipping members to offer care and support to one another
o Appointing long term or short term Teams as necessary, to carry out the work of the Ministry

Chairperson, Vice Chair elected by the ministry, and five other members.
